Yes, it's totally fine. One thing though--take only 1 Primal Defense (better at bedtime) for 1-2 weeks so you get used to them. After that, you can take up to 3 per day (spaced out) I find one when I wake up on an empty tummy nad one before bed on an empty tummy is optimal.
