SFS dosage...how stupid of me!       10/15/06 05:48 AM Edit Reply Quote professor Reged: 07/19/05 Posts: 77 Loc: Winnipeg, Canada I have just realized something... 1 tablespoon of Benefiber= 3 gram of SF For the last year, I was taking a teaspoon which must be around 1 1/2 gram of SF!!! So instead of taking 18 grams a day like I thought, I was probably taking around 9 grams a day. That may very well be the reason why I'm unstable. Should I augment the dosage? I think I will...slowly. Yeah, it takes a Ph.D to be that stupid... Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
