Hi everybody

Last week-end I was on this board reporting I had d-attacks for 3 days. Since last sunday, I regain my balance until tonight. I just had a severe d-attack after supper. I think I found the trigger. Since last week, I have introduced a rice-based cheese in my diet that I don't seem to tolerate.
I had it a couple of times last week before the attacks. I had it again last night at supper. Immediatly after, I had severe bloating and went to the bathroom, but I made a normal stool. Was ok all day today and had the cheese again tonight at supper. 30 minutes after, boom! D-attack, you all know the drill...

I had similar experience before with soy cheese, ice cream and yogourt. Don't seem to tolerate those very well.

Anyway, here's the content of the cheese, if any of you see a trigger in there, tell me!

Rise base, maltodextrin, rice bran oil, pea protein, jalapeno peppers, tricalcium phosphate, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, lactic acid

Could it be the lactic acid?
