Yes, I am kinda angry. I tend to be a control freak and I'm determined that this IBS is not gonna defeat me but it sure is giving me a run for my money. I buy my fennel tea from my HFS. It's Alvita brand. I drink usually 3-4 cups a day. It's also frustrating cause my son thinks I'm being ridiculous and it's all in my head and I'm just following this diet to be weird. I don't really pay any attention to this but sometimes it does make me wonder if he's right? Went to a gastroenterologist and was told that exercise and the amount of water I drink had nothing to do with constipation and that I might as well eat what I want since I'm miserable anyway. He then proceeded to prescribe Librax. I asked if that would help with the constipation and he said no and the nurse said, "just takit it" Needless to say I did not go back to that quack!
