Are you getting some daily cardio exercise? Walking, biking etc..

I have been following EFI diet for about 6 months consistently anyways.. from June to July I was exercising at least 3 days a week with a friend at 5:15AM for about an hour... We did a variety of things..mostly Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds -- Walk and Kick video and 4 mile video... Sometimes we'd do 15 or 20 minute pilates buns & thighs.. Always an hour of exercise total... I was starting to lose weight.. then my friend had a terrible episode of depression.. we stopped working out... I did not keep it up on my own.. Hence I've gained the weight back.. Now I'm fighting the battle of having enough energy to exercise.. Which reminds me, I need to go to the Y and get my membership there again.. so I can go to the water aerobics classes...
My body is not absorbing nutrients, so I am fatigued most days. I am only eating SF foods, since that's the only thing I can keep down and with minimal D and C.

I'm sorry to ramble on..probably didn't help you any.. Know that you are not alone.. Keep us posted on how you are doing...
