Oh that's an easy one. Take Calcium CITRATE only. It does not constipate or interfere with any other medications...and you can take it whenever you want to take it. It will not constipate or diarhiate you. Oh, and if you DO get constipated for some reason - start taking the Calcium Citrate WITH the magnesium in it...that WILL move things along! But start with Citrical+D by itself.
