I would find that very helpful. I have additional triggers which include food additives and flavor enhancers.They include MSG and all forms of glutamate--hydrolysed vegetable protein always has glutamate as does soy sauce. Ever since my gallbladder has been removed beef and beef products (like jello) have been added. I also think red dyes are a trigger for me. So recipes are very important to me. In the IBS cookbook there were many with oriental ingredients which are off limits to me. Sometimes I want to scream out loud. I am on celexa and I will be speaking to my doc because I am wondering if it is contributing to my IBS-D. Are there other meds that are a problem? A list would be nice. Recently I got food poisoning andmy IBS has been much worse. I am climbing walls. My hubby is also since I never want to eat out with him and seem to be living on baked potatoes.
