For me it gets to a point where nothing helps and making changes at that time in diet makes it worse. If you go for too long I would call your doc they may want to give you an enema etc or to see if something else is going on. After this or if you "go" trying to make diet changes to see what would help. Feel better I know its the worst. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
