Thanks to everyone here who gave me suggestions and listen to all my post. Thanks. I did good but for 4 nights eating out was very hard. Very boring things to eat when everyone else is eating things that look soooooo good. But I made it through, came home and I have to admit have been eating all the things I shouldn't I have to get back on track now and get serious again. A question I take immodium as a preventive measure but 1 tablet will keep me from having a bm for a least a week which can't be good when I was away I was happy even though I was worried that I should be going, but I don't want to stop taking it so maybe I will try just taking a half and see what happens. Anyway I did want to thank you again for your support and by the way I would do it again.
