Added Acacia - and LESS HUNGRY?!

Okay - I did it...my first day of taking a tsp of Acacia before each meal...and oh my gosh - I am SO MUCH LESS HUNGRY!!! And I'm eating lowfat and HIGH CARB --- unbelievable...am I nuts or is this for real? LESS hungry?
Perhaps it is the soluble fiber...slowing down digestion?
Love the Acacia - I put it in warm rice and WHAM - suddenly felt like I ate a whole bowl of fillin oatmeal and stuck with me for HOURS. White rice never did that before...

...anyone else? Very cool.
