Okay - beans.

Can't do the insoluble part no matter how I cook, mash or eat soluble first. Just cannot be digested without pain/gas/D. Okay - Now...what if I cooked the beans (red kidney for example) and then when cooked mashed them in a strainer until all the soluble (inside the bean part) went through the strainer...leaving all the insoluble part in the strainer. Toss the insoluble - can I use the inside bean part as a soluble base? Oh and does anyone know if the phytoestrogen in beans is in the inside or the hull of the bean? Think refried beans without the fried part or the outer shell. Am I nuts? Lost my ... bean?

You decide. I can't do potatoes...on low oxalate diet. wheat (all) is medium oxalate/to high for me right now.

Could do certain beans...this way?
