Thank you, how true. I feel exactly the same way. I have had IBS for my entire lifee, maybe age 10, it started, have never really beem normal, whatever that is. Became more increasingly worse through the years. From one doctor to another. No help, just nonsense. I found Heather's site, and all seems better. I am always afraid to try new things, but, I was desperate. Seeing my doctor soon, will talk to her about Heather. My doctor is very open minded. I told her the last time we spoke, I honestly believe, the only help is, approaching this holisticly, she agreed. She is still pushing the mirlalax, and dyciclomine, miralax does not work for me, meds not helping much either. It's all about diet. This doctor is wonderful, more open minded, others who claim to be specialists, top gastro guys in Boston, papoo me, and say "live with it". WELL, no thank you......
They don't have a clue......
I don't miss burgers, and wrong foods, I suffer to much in the end, "whoa" is me..........Ate cheesecake last week, suffered one entire week, very bad episode, not worth it in the end........
