actually I am not get IF because I have been having alot of bad days then I just eat rice ,pasta, pot and nothing else, I will put some IF into my diet now because the last time I had beans(not sure if that was the problem) I had a bad day and thought it was the beans. Also when I take immodium even if it's one tablet I don't have a BM for a couple of days, tonight I will try to put some IF with dinner. I did the break the cycle but I had plain pasta the other night and had a bad time, I not doing good in finding out my triggers at all. Iam really trying to have patients but sometimes this all gets so much.
