So Frustrated/Please Help       08/20/06 04:40 AM Edit Reply Quote kalosis Reged: 08/20/06 Posts: 71 I have been going through tests ct scans,colonoscpies,etc. I have severe constipation,cramping,gas,etc. One of the ct scans couldn't be read cause I was so constipated even through the barium drink. Anyhow I do have IBS-c was on zelnorm and colace which didn't do anything.Also my liver enzymes go from real high to sometimes in normal range. They thought it could be chronic pancreatitis but then the range comes done. I read the ibs guidelines but confused on a few things. Also I'm going to go buy fiber supplement but which is the best cause its expensive?So people who are constipated a lot can you give me some meal and food ideas especially with grains. Thank you!
