I'm on vacation and my hotel is, you guessed it, right next to a Ben and Jerry's. They have two flavours of sorbet. The one I was looking at is here: http://www.benjerry.com/our_products/flavor_details.cfm?product_id=184
The ingredients: Water, Sugar, Strawberries, Corn Syrup, Kiwi Fruit, Inulin, Lemon Puree, Pectin, Carob Bean Gum, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Natural Flavor, Elderberry Juice (For Color).

Now judging by the ingredients, I'd assume this sorbet is not a safe treat, but has anyone ever tried it?
