Re: new here, i have lots of fun burdens :(       07/19/06 06:44 AM Edit Reply Quote Advance Reged: 07/13/06 Posts: 22 thank you very much for your post. as much as i get depressed and feel sorry for myself, when it see someone who has much dire issues with a healthy attitude like yours, it really shows me what i take for granted. i'm lucky to have a good job that pays very well at the moment and i've already discussed ibs with several of my co-workers. my family is very supportive of my condition even though many weren't in the beginning "he's faking it so he can miss school". it's very difficult to deal with these problems especially on top of other problems. with all the research done on mind-body, it's amazing people don't realize that it's real important to gather the right support and friends to recover from the worse parts of ibs. i'm slowly getting my life back and i plan on attemping great things, though i'm not quite sure yet .
