I didn't really think there would be lots of young people. On another subject. I have been trying the diet for about 3 weeks and I have not noticed any improvement. I had a big dish of ice cream tonight (yes, the real kind) and I feel better than I did before I ate it. Go figure...maybe I'm doing something wrong, or I have some other problem.
