How much is too much fiber?       06/22/06 07:06 AM Edit Reply Quote keke Reged: 06/05/05 Posts: 71 I'm ibs-a and I keep increasing my fiber intake (3 tablespoons now) and the d has stopped but I'm not going regularly. I thought I was supposed to go regularly when I reached my level of fiber. If I haven't reached it that fine. I'll keep increasing. I just didn't think I would be up to that much fiber.
