Kosher certified       11/14/03 06:00 AM Edit Reply Quote Suzanne Reged: 09/30/03 Posts: 6 Heather, I purchased your tummy fibers and noticed that the packaging mentions that it is "Kosher certified". What does this mean pertaining to fiber? Also, the diet and the fiber supplements have helped prevent "urgent moments" if you know what I mean, however, I have to hit the bathroom asap in the morning with great urgency. After that I am fine all day. Is this normal or am I taking too much fiber? I had been taking 2 T. of Benefiber before meals every day. I'll be starting the Tummy Fibers soon. Thanks.
