It is probably just poor circulation, or as others have mentioned, it could have to do with your allignment...but something to keep in mind is that the tingling sensation in hands and feet that you described is a very common symptom of diabetes...I have Type 1, and I used to get it all the time before I was diagnosed. I'm almost certain this isn't the case for you, but just in case, keep an eye out for other symptoms like excessive thirst, dramatic weight loss or gain, dizziness,or excessive urination. If these are ringing any bells for you, you may want to get some bloodwork done...otherwise, simple exercise should probably do the trick.
