I'm pretty strict when it comes to this IBS diet. Granted I've only been doing it for 3-4 weeks now...So today I get chinese food. Brown rice w/asparaga stir fry..Fine...I take a fennel pill before I eat. My boyfriend orders spring rolls (fried ) I'm thinking 1 bite won't hurt...Yikes! Took about an hour and my belly was on fire...I've learned NEVER to stray again!! This diet really does work!! Thanks to Heather. I feel like she's saved my life!
