Soluble Suppliments available In the UK??       06/09/06 07:14 AM Edit Reply Quote cs Reged: 06/07/06 Posts: 6 Hi there, i am new to the UK and new to this message board. I am sorry if this has been posted b/f I'm doing my best to search for answers b/f posting, but I'm not able to find anything listed about Soluble supplements in the UK. I have been to a number of pharmacy's and chemist and can only find a couple brands and they all contain at least one of: sorbitol, innulin, or psyllium. I haven't tried anything but metamucil, but that was years ago and b/f I knew anything about gas/bloating irritants. Now, after reading Heather's website and all the posts from it's members I see I should avoid these ingredients, as I am IBS-C and very prone to bloating & gas. If anyone can recommend a product that I can get in the UK (I would prefer pills) and where to get it, I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you! cs Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
