Constipation question       11/12/03 12:44 PM Edit Reply Quote mercyboxfan Reged: 11/12/03 Posts: 6 Loc: South Carolina, USA I love this website. It has been so helpful. I immediately noticed a change in my ibs symptoms when I started following some of the diet suggestions on this site. The relief from cramping was the biggest surprise. Now though, I am having a problem with constipation. I usually have the diarrhea problem, so I really dont know how to deal with this one. I dont want to eat a dairy food or drink coffee just to go to the bathroom, I am afraid the pain will come back. I cant take fiber pills because I have had a gastric bypass and have a small stomach pouch. I would appreciate any suggestions. Again, I am really glad to have found you guys.
