IBS Diet Manager - Food Diary       06/03/06 01:05 AM Edit Reply Quote mwj28 Reged: 05/14/06 Posts: 12 Has anyone used this? I came across it and saw it was $9.95 so wasn't interested. It turns out you can get it for free if you email the guy who runs it. It claims to be amazing but all I really see it as is an electronic food diary with search functions etc. The 'user notes' that go with it are quite good and tie in with the whole soluble/insoluble fibre theory.
