I am a new member and just so delighted to find Heather's website, advice, and this forum! Thanks Heather for facilitating this wonderful resource! I recently tried a digestive enzyme supplement which also contained acidophilus and had an AWFUL reaction! Bloated, pain etc..... I didn't take it again. Can anybody explain please why this should be the case? I thought it would be helpful. I have problems with most supplements by the way ~ I live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
