Eating for IBS and still having episodes       05/16/06 09:38 AM Edit Reply Quote Nar Reged: 04/12/06 Posts: 15 Loc: New York I've been trying hard to follow the IBS diet - my mom thinks I'm nuts and everyone else just thinks I am being a little over pre-cautious. No one understands the pain I go through after eating something I really shouldn't. It's so hard to watch everyone else enjoy a nice slice of pizza or some ice cream. Sometimes I just want to say forget about it and just eat what I want because even though I am trying to watch what I eat and follow the diet (I bought the book and eveyrthing) I still get stomach aches and have attacks.
