im so confused... is the Eating for IBS book good for people with IBS-C too?? is sugar safe for everyone? ive gone on a pure SF diet for 4 days now and i dont know what IS foods to start eating but i need to try something b/c i feel sick to my tummy.. its better than it was before though, when i was just eating IS like my dr told me, so i can be thankful for that
