Sounds like 2 things happened here that made you sick: I am guessing you needed more soluble fiber- every meal should be 2/3 soluble fiber. Are you making sure to eat a soluble fiber base? Secondly, dark meat chicken is higer in fat which makes it harder to digest and is a trigger food for people with IBS. Once your stomach is stable (go on Heather's "what to eat when you can' eat anything diet"), you can start eating WHITE meat chicken burgers again along with 2/3 soluble fiber base. Try going to whole foods and buy organic ground chicken breast and when you cook it in the foreman grill be sure you only use non-fat cooking spray, no oil, butter, etc. Also, what you put on your burger will also affect your stomach.
