Piglet, PLEASE!! Nothing other than what is on the BTC diet for right now. Be kind, rewind! Get that belly back to basics. Stay away from the jam, probably high in fructose NO BUENO on an untamed tummy! and low or no sugar jam might have a sweetener that might make you gassy which would just add to your misery. Please, please, cut back on the water just a wee bit, bring out the french bread and rice and keep warm, but not hot. Listen to calming music and try taking some quiet time, just lying on your back on the floor, eyes closed and just breeeeathe.
