I would like to put my two cents in for anyone who may still have problems while trying the diet. I found out a few years ago, I was allergic to Cottonseed Oil. Have a look at how many foods have it. I just found out that they are now putting Rapseed Oil in things, ate something with that in it without knowing it and had a bad reaction. So sometimes I think allergies can cause a lot of problems and it is so hard to find out just what you are allergic to. It has to be trial and error.

If you find you have a problem, look on the ingredients. Write down what you ate and the ingredients. Then if it happens again, you can go to the ingredients and if you find one thing that was in the other food you ate. You just might find what is causing your problem.

I am so happy that Heather has put out her book and am going to try her diet. I will still have to watch out for Cottonseed oil and now Rapseed Oil. I can't imagine the Food and drug allowing these in our foods. They aren't even vegetables.

I ended up in the emergency room a few years ago when I ate something that I thought was okay. Found out later it had Cottonseed Oil in the ingredients. Now, I watch everything I eat. Celebrex caused me to have an awful attack after taking it for about a year. Had to be taken off of it. Then on to Mobic and that was doing the same thing. I am allergic to Sulphur drugs and that is why the reaction to those two meds.

If this has helped anyone at all I will feel so glad. I have been trying to get this across to people and just didn't know how. Thanks to Heather, she is getting the word out on IBS that could be caused by so many foods.
