food intolerance?!

Hi! A few weeks ago I took a food intolerance test and the results, although shocking, have made quite a difference to my condition! I can't have gluten, buckwheat, rice, dairy or onions. I know that these are fairly common problem foods but the rice was a real mystery and when the dietician insisted I go on a rice 'n' fish diet which made no difference at all I was completely disheartened! Nothing has worked for me... not even using the soluable fiber idea but this has and now I know why it didn't work. I genuinely feel alot better and thought I would share it with anyone who's interested. I got tested with YORKTEST - they're reputable as far as these things go and many famous doctors recommend them. It can be pricy but for 20 quid they'll tell you whether you have an intolerance or not, so if you don't, you dont need to spend more money in vain! It's quite sound! Anyway, hope you can understand what I've said - I'm rushing! Take it easy x
