I've only taken the peppermint capsules twice now, and same problem both times. Its kind of like a weird pain that feels like its right below my ribs? I don't have GERD and have had peppermint tea without a problem (doesn't seem to do much though, besides taste good and keep me warm in a cold office). So does anyone know if your digestive system has to get used to the capsules or is this a sign to not take them? Is this something that can be gotten rid of by taking them right before eating (I've only taken them an hour before eating on an empty stomach)...?
