I've given this some thought too. Don't really want to do it though for the same reasons Heather mentioned. However, there do seem to be some colon cleanse processes that are less invasive than colonics that can have similar benefits. I just heard about a naturopathic method, and a book on it called something like "Guts and Glory". I'll try to find out more and post it here.

Personally I think that someone with a sensitive gut might have trouble with a lot of these "cleansing" methods.
