trying hard to get stabled       04/18/06 12:33 PM Edit Reply Quote srjet Reged: 04/18/06 Posts: 13 Loc: NC I have been dx for about 4 years. I have managed to keep it under control and eat pretty much what I want. Recently I have went thru some test, .upper GI and found out I have inflamation in my stomach.I have been trying to go by the IBS diet. It is so hard to do. Is everybody like this or just me being wimpy.? I have been doing good every other day. It just is hard. I am trying to get my stomach stable.. But ya`ll it is so hard................. Can you give me any advise.? I am at my wits end. I do take librax.
