Benefits brand and Boca burgers?       04/10/06 05:42 PM Edit Reply Quote kmw Reged: 03/29/06 Posts: 16 Has anyone in Canada tried Benefits brand muffins, from Longo's? My dad bought some banana ones for me, and they're supposed to be dairy-free, organic, et cetera. They look delicious, but eggs are listed as an ingredient. I had assumed that being dairy free there'd be no eggs or perhaps it's only egg whites, but I'm afraid to try these muffins. Has anyone here tried this brand? Also, are Boca soy burgers safe to eat?
