Hey Casey - I haven't had whole wheat anything for about 9 mos. I actually have gone gluten free for 2 days and I am stunned. I still have a little twinge now and again during the day, but I didn't wake up in pain this morning for the first time in months. I'm still C since Sun. but I know that the tummy fiber has gotta have some time to work. I also yahooed "gluten & IBS" and it actually brought up Heather's website and newsletter for March 30,2005. She had a guest columnist who has IBS and a gluten intolerance. She was tested for CD and it came back neg., but she went gluten free and hasn't looked back since. This is the first time in a long time that I've felt hope, so keep your fingers and toes crossed. Jenny
