That's the good news. The bad news is I haven't had time to visit this web site in ages! Today I met with someone to tell her about the diet. When i saw her a few weeks ago she was upset because she wasn't feeling well. When I asked her why she told me it was her stomach. I told her about my stomach and this diet and set up an apointment to meet with her today (she has no computer) and went over everything that I printed out from the web site. This is the second friend I've been able to help this year and I'm so greatful to you Heather. Thanks.
