colon cleanse       04/03/06 12:01 PM Edit Reply Quote maia Reged: 10/15/05 Posts: 41 Loc: Kaua'i, Hawai'i My husband wants me to do a real colon cleanse...you know, where the ropes of "tar" come out.:( He says that soluable fiber will not do this, as it takes insoluable fiber to bond to the tar and drag it out. With my spastic colon, I car barely poop out soft stool...and that will several suppositories at work and an hour of time. Does anyone have anything to say about colon cleanses and the spastic colon?
