well i'll give you advise from someone who isn't really into cooking much....
breakfast i have eggs and toast or tortilla (i'm ok with the yolk, but if your not, you can do egg whites)or cereal, cheerios, life, kix, with soy milk
lunch- sandwich with sour dough bread, turkey, tomato, avacado, and a little mayo. or i'll have a soy grilled cheese sandwich. i just got some soy hot dogs, they are pretty good...fresh fruit is always good...(it's usally the same day after day for me too...i just sorta eat to live,..lol..otherwise i get fixated on how much i DON"T get to eat) dinner i have mashed potatoes, chicken breast, or sometime's Amy's soy mac and cheese (has casinate..or whatever it's called..in it though) sometimes spegetti if my tummy feels up to it, tater tots (baked), sometimes i have eggs and tortilla if i didn't have it for breakfast...
i know they aren't a WHOLE new batch of food...but it's some...
for desserts i have my soy icecream, or make brownies (i've been ok with a few boxed brownies) or visit whole foods!! they always have something great!!
