I'm a teenager, and I've been following Heather's diet since October. It's really helped me, but I'm starting to wonder if I'm getting enough to eat for breakfast and lunch everyday. I've lost a bunch of weight (I was overweight to begin with) and I feel quite healthy, but my daily meals are pretty well the same every day and quickly getting boring. Can anyone suggest anything new to try, or give me a list of what you eat daily so I can compare how much I should be eating in a day and get some new ideas? Thanks!
Right now, I usually have:
Breakfast- Bread, water with tummy fiber, and chamomile tea Lunch- Bread or a tortilla with peanut butter, Fruitsations applesauce, a banana and baked chips. Dinner- Chicken with potatoes or rice, or a pasta dish of some kind, and sometimes I'll make soy cheese pizza. Dessert- Soy pudding, some fruit, or sometimes sorbet
My dinners are pretty good, but I'm definitely looking for some new, quick breakfast/lunch ideas. I only have about 35 minutes to eat lunch and I'm usually doing math homework while I eat so my options are pretty limited and it can't be anything too complicated. Same goes for breakfast. Mornings are also my worst time and I can't miss class so I'm hesitant to try anything too adventurous for breakfast.
Thank you in advance! Everybody's recipes on the recipe index have been very helpful, by the way
