I take one the night before and I when I wake up because my IBS is worst in the mornings. I was so stressed before I started because I thought I cant get away when I need to. So far I havent had to, Thank Goodness. I find when I am idle I am constantly thinking about what could or might happen. So being busy after about 2 yrs of being almost homebound is wonderful. I hope I get to a place where anxiety and panic attacks brought on by IBS can never hurt me like that again! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
