Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Re: Loose tea or tea bags?

I had posted a few weeks ago that I was getting a tea ball. Now that I have been working with it for a few weeks I am finding that I just love it. Here in Bellingham there is a shop called "The Spice Hut" (www.thespicehut.com) and the couple that owns and runs the store are from India. Well they have family that are still living in India.

She has been extremely helpful and was the one who introduced me to candy coated fennel seeds for digestion. I went to her store and bought a couple of ounces of Chamomille, and Hibiscus and of course, Fennel. I have found that combination is most tasty and soothing. I am just experimenting and learning about the different herbal teas.

My husband has been an advocate of the candy coated fennel. He tells everyone that they are like the candy we used to get at the movies called "Good and Plentys".

I am doing much better but still have some problems. I am learning like we all are. Please share any combinations that you all find so we can all add variety to our herbal teas.
