you mean this is NORMAL???       03/17/06 05:22 PM Edit Reply Quote al Reged: 03/06/06 Posts: 14 hi i do not just feel- like i went from a size 14 to a size 18 pants (only) i really did. my waist (and nothing else) has expanded and i look pregnant. there is no pressure, as there would be with gas. this can only be fluid retention,right?? but this seems severe to me, and very long lasting- two weeks now, do others with IBS have to have clothes in four or more sizes??? i tried hot water and lemon juice as was suggested by a friend she said its a natural diuretic. is it safe for pp with IBS to use diuretics?
