I'm sorry about your struggle with you child. I have a child with lots of food allergies, so I sympathize with you and the food struggles. Maybe since she's been eating GF, she needs to add more of the soluble fiber in there. I don't know but it's an idea. Eating the insoluble fiber with the soluble fiber. There are some great websites for celiac diets if you do a search. Potatoes, rice, etc. with her meat, and veggies, since she can't have bread. I think if she has IBS along with the celiac, she'll have to pay attention to that. It's so hard when it's your kid. I struggle quite often with my seven year old and his limited food choices. But I think a start, would be to always remember soluble fiber first, then some insoluble fiber with it.
