My Mom used to do open facecheese & tomato sandwiches in the oven. Think she just broiled them till cheese was melted & tomato was a bit browned. They were delish!!! I'd forgotten 'em!!
Seems you could also make baked potato skins by keeping most of the potato in the skin after baking and adding cheese, and baco bits. I didn't know bacos were safe. Good. Then put some soy/rice sr. cream on at table. Just don't eat the skins. Just an idea...... but sounds good to me! I've had trouble finding rice sr. cream tho. Anybody know of WHERE to find it?
