Heather, I just want to thank you sooooo much! Your book and this website has given me a new lease on life! I have (for the first time in 23 years!) gone a whole month now (since starting your diet) with only 1 upset tummy episode (I've determined many factors of why that episode happened and am glad it did b/c it reminded me of how vigilant I have to be about exactly WHAT and HOW I eat!)!!! YAY!!!! You have been sent by God as an answer to prayer! I do have to say it has been quite easy for me because my husband runs one of the Whole Foods Market stores and I have all the foods I need at my fingertips. Thank you and bless you for changing my life! BTW- Whole Foods has come out with many new private label items as well as those of their value brand, 365. We really love their new "Whole Kitchen" frozen Asian meals, like the "Garlic Chicken", which has chicken breast and a mixture of vegetables. It stir fries in 10 minutes, and put on a bed of steamed rice (white or Rose are my favorites), it is heavenly!
