Question       02/04/06 09:19 PM Edit Reply Quote Tillie Reged: 02/04/06 Posts: 19 I have IBS and just found this site. So far it looks like what I've been looking for. I am 10 pounds over weigh but my cholesterol 290. I have always ate Salads, grilled fish, chicken, you know the way we are told to eat. Well sure can't eat that way now, everything sets the IBS off. It looks like most of the foods I see here are foods I should be able to eat and would also be good to eat with my high Cholesterol. Is there anyone else here with high cholesterol and find these foods OK? Sure hope so, some sound good and are giving me hope that I can start to live normal again.
