Hi all, what's your favorite way to travel with fiber?
I currently take acacia powder several times a day, mixed with apple sauce, but I don't know if that'll work for travelling. I looked at the SF pills out there, but they're so full of extra junk. So I'm thinking of a couple options:
1- buy empty capsules and fill them with heather's tummy fiber (this'll be a pain, but the result is pure acacia)
2- get on the plane with a bag of mysterious white powder and several single-serving apple sauce containers (i read about people getting arrested for drug trafficking for carrying flour, and now i'm paranoid--maybe an urban legend?)
3- just go with the store-bought pills, full of maltodextrin and all, and just deal with it. If you suggest this, what's your favorite? I tend to have a lot of bloating.
