Safe Quick Sandwiches       01/24/06 09:36 AM Edit Reply Quote KristenG Reged: 01/24/06 Posts: 11 Loc: Waterford, MI Hello, I currently work 5 days a week durring the day and I need some IBS safe sandwhichs that I can bring into work with my pretzels or totilla chips to eat for lunch. I am currently on a Peanut Butter and Jelly kick on Sourdough bread but I would like some other good ideas that I can start making that are quick to bring with me that taste good and are IBS safe.
