IBS and Sinus Drainage       01/24/06 07:43 AM Edit Reply Quote KristenG Reged: 01/24/06 Posts: 11 Loc: Waterford, MI Hello I am new to posting items and am new to trying the IBS diet. I have been having problems off and on since I was 17 now I am 25 and ready to knick my problems in the Butt. I was just wondering if anyone else seems to have problems in the winter with IBS flare up then in the summer or fall. It seems to me that in the Winter I have a lot more sinus drainage that goes down into my stomach and my stomach just seems to be really sensitive to everything. Also does anyone have a good decongestant that they take that is safe for IBS suffers that is gentle on the stomach? I had been doing so well for the last few months since like July and then starting end of November until lately I have been having a lot more flare ups. Please help with whatever you can.
